Below the Line Film Festival is about "crew members and creatives who don't get the fancy billing and publicity that Hollywood is known for." Gaffers, property masters, set dressers, electricians, animators, production assistants, and all who make a film get in the can.

The festival accepts short films providing an opportunity for people who make films everyday with maybe not as many financial resources or connections in the industry to have their work screened and or critiqued by others.

Films in this festival will screen online and in person in New York City. The festival is produced by Chill Bucket Productions and presented in association with Jay Michaels Global Communications LLC.
