New York Public Library of the Performing Arts, Bruno Walter Auditorium has a NEW CLASSICS FILM SERIES. On Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 1pm -3:30pm, E.T. will be the classic film screening.

"From acclaimed director Steven Spielberg (of Indiana Jones and Back to the Future), comes the science-fiction classic, E.T., a heartbreaking tale about love, friendship, and childhood wonder. This October, join us in following the lives of three young kids Elliot (played by a young Henry Thomas), Gertie (played by a young Drew Barrymore), and Michael (Robert McNaughton) embark on the adventure of a lifetime as they struggle to rescue and return an extra-terrestrial to its home planet."
