7th Art of Brooklyn Film Festival Runs June 3-11

The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival will open with the film Certain Women by Brooklyn's Kelly Reichardt directing Michelle Williams, Kristen Stewart, and Laura Dern while set in America's Northwest.

Festival screening locations throughout the June 3-11, 2017 festival run include: St. Francis College, Pratt Film/Video, and PS/IS 30 Mary White Ovington School.

The 7th annual festival is focused on Brooklyn's indie film and media industry. Founder of the Navy Yard Films and Brooklyn native David Chan has been named Guest Festival Director this year. Screenwriter Michael Zam, co-creator of FEUD: Bette and Joan with Ryan Murphy will appear June 10 alongside Guest Festival Director Chan to discuss Script to Screen pathways.

Alumni of the festival will have their films screened to the public on June 3, 2017 at Sunset Park in a neighborhood party for all. Food and films for free to start the borough-centric festival.
