This Wednesday, August 5 at 7pm, Soonest Mended presents Modern Silent Shorts - Third Edition. The screening will include 7 films ranging from animation to horror to slapstick comedy. Since 2023, Modern Silent Shorts has commissioned exciting, young directors to create new works of silent film which reexamine the medium's original form.
The screening will be accompanied by live original orchestration. Kevin Donald created the original scores that you will hear and he will perform along with Greg Pease, Ryan Vinh, & Athos Maelstrom.
