THE BELLBOY was written, directed and produced by Jerry Lewis in 1960. Starring Jerry Lewis, Alexy Gerry, and Bob Clayton, this approximately 72-minute, 35mm film will screen Sunday, March 15 at 11:00am, part of Film Forum Jr. series and Monday, March 16 at 6:00pm at the Film Forum. The screenings will be celebrating Jerry Lewis' 100th Birthday.
Lewis plays a bubbly gag-packed bellhop at the luxury Fountainbleau Hotel in Florida's Miami Beach. Day after day his character Stanley encounters catastrophes as the guests come and go.
