Late Fame directed by Kent Jones is a 2025 American drama feature film. The film stars Willem Dafoe, Greta Lee, and Edmund Donovan. This 96-minute feature had its World Premiere on August 30, 2025 at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. Sunday, September 28, 2025 was the film's North American premiere at the 63rd New York Film Festival.

The film was written by Samy Burch and is based on Arthur Schnitzler's novella of the same name. Dafoe plays a New York poet who is navigating his ego boost after his acceptance into an emerging literary salon and reckoning with the authenticity of the new found circle of twenty something admirers of his work.

The film shot in New York City in May of 2024 according to Variety. It was also reported that Pamela Koffler and Christine Vachon of Killer Films had signed on as producers and the film would seek distributors at Cannes Film Festival.

In October of 2024, Greta Lee joined the cast after Sandra Huller had a scheduling conflict and dropped out as reported by Deadline Hollywood. In January 2025, Deadline Hollywood also reported that Edmund Donovan had joined the cast and principal photography was beginning the week of January 22, 2025 in New York and New Jersey.

The September 28 North American film premiere of Late Fame was part of the 63rd New York Film Festival's main slate with a pre-screening red carpet and a 12:15pm screening held at Alice Tully Hall.
