Met Opera Cancels First Few Months of 2020 Season

The Metropolitan Opera has announced that the first few months of the 2020-2021 season will be cancelled. The Met expects to open the doors and welcome audiences back for a special gala, December 31, 2020.  The new season will include shorter running times for performances, and an early 7p.m. curtain call.
