The 61st New York Film Festival will be presented by Film at Lincoln Center from September 29 - October 15, 2023. The Main Slate is the core of the program; free talks, panels, revivals and premieres are planned.
May December, a Todd Haynes film, will be the Opening Night Film. Haynes will do a Q&A at the 6pm screening and intro the 9pm screening. Priscilla, Sophia Coppola's new film, will include a Q&A with Coppola, Callee Spaeny, and Jacob Eldori on October 6 at 6pm and Extended Intro at the 9pm screening. Ferrari is the closing night film. Michael Mann will do a Q&A October 13th at 6pm and intro the 9pm screening. All of these films are having their North American Premieres at the festival.
