Michael Shannon's Eric LaRue Premieres at Tribeca

Eric LaRue is the directorial debut of Michael Shannon. The feature is an adaptation of Brett Neveu's 2002 play about a mother coping with the fallout after son murders three of his high school classmates. Neveu also wrote the screenplay. The cast includes Judy Greer, Alexander Skarsgård, Alison Pill, Tracy Letts, and Paul Sparks.

The film had its world premiere on Saturday, June 10th at 8pm at the SVA Theatre during the Tribeca Festival. Director Michael Shannon and actor Alexander Skarsgård signed autographs and took selfies with fans and then took interviews and more photos on the red carpet.

Eric LaRue also screens Monday, June 12th at 5:30pm at the AMC at 19th Street East 6 followed by a screening on Thursday, June 15th at 5:15pm at the Village East by Angelika.
