Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2023 will be live December 31, beginning at 8/7c on ABC. ABC programming can also be viewed on Hulu. The telecast will have over five hours of stars lined up to perform from Times Square to New Orleans, to the Disneyland Resort covering coast to coast ushering in of the New Year. Puerto Rico will return to the show to host the Spanish Language countdown with actress and producer Roselyn Sanchez. Singer rapper Farruko will perform from Puerto Rico as well.
Billy Porter will host the show from New Orleans for the Central time zone countdown where he will also be performing. Actress and Producer Liza Koshy will co-host with Ryan Seacrest in Times Square and country artist Jessie James Decker will join them as the Powerball co-host for her fourth year. Ciara will host from the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland. The Disneyland Resort segments are pre-taped prior to the New Year's Holiday. L. A. Stars taking the stage to perform include Ciara, Fitz & The Tantrums, Maddie & Tae, Shaggy Ben Platt, Aly &AJ, Halle Bailey, Tomorrow x Together, Bailey Zimmerman and Lauren Spencer Smith. D-Nice will return as the L.A. co-host. Performances at the L.A. party include Wiz Khalifa, Armani White, Betty Who, Dove Cameron and Nicky Youre.
Times Square will have Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Duran Duran taking the stage to perform. The group will take the stage just before midnight to energize you, the audience, into the New Year. New Edition will perform a medley of feel-good hits including "Rub You the Right Way", "My Prerogative", "Poison", "If It Isn't Love" and "Cool it Now". This performance will kick off the group's 40th anniversary. Korean rapper, dancer, songwriter, music producer and member of BTS, j-hope will get the crowd moving with a medley of "Equal Sign", "Chicken Noodle Soup" and "Butter (Holiday Remix)". Viral singer songwriter and Tick Tok sensation Jax will sing pop hits "Vitoria's Secret" and "90's Kids".
